• Not have any other active account on d555 — only one account is allowed per individual, per CPF, and per residential IP address;

• Not be an employee, direct partner, or first-degree relative of an employee of d555 or any of its game providers.

Registration is completed by filling out an online form with your full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, and a chosen password. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in a temporary account block or permanent closure, with any balance held until the situation is resolved.

D555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national ID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of address at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. • Providing false information during registration or verification processes;
• Use of betting arbitrage techniques that compromise market integrity;
• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Duplicate accounts — when more than one account linked to the same CPF is identified;
• Abusive behavior toward other users or the d555 support team.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be archived. Users will be notified by email at least 30 days before any archiving takes place and can reactivate their account simply by logging in and completing a basic identity verification.

All transactions on d555 are conducted exclusively in BRL. There is no currency conversion, and d555 does not charge any fees on deposits made through the platform's official payment methods.

Deposit methods accepted by d555:

Deposits must be made by the account holder — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Deposits made from another person's bank account may be reversed and an account verification process may be initiated. This applies to TED transfers and deposits made through banking apps such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

D555 processes withdrawals exclusively via Pix to bank accounts registered under the account holder's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted under any circumstances.

The general conditions for requesting a withdrawal are:

• Odds error: d555 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (whether due to a technical or human error) and to refund the full staked amount to the user's balance;
• Cancelled event: If an event is cancelled before it begins, the bet is voided and the amount is returned to the balance. If the event is postponed and takes place within 48 hours, the bet remains valid;
• Live betting: Subject to temporary market suspensions during critical moments of an event (goal, foul, substitution). d555 is not liable for odds that were not confirmed during these windows;
• Cash-out: The cash-out feature is available on most live and pre-match markets. The cash-out value is calculated in real time and may not be available for all events or at every point during an event.
